I came in today for a routine tire rotation and I had a really great experience, as always! Joel and his staff are very sweet and helpful. As soon as I entered their lot, they greeted me and were very attentive. Joel was super quick with my tire rotation and even shined my tires. I got tires from them in Oct 2024 and I haven’t had any issues. If anything, I actually got a nail stuck and it did nothing to my tire! This is my 4th time coming and every time i’ve had great experiences. From what it feels like, they treat their customers like family and I love that! Highly recommend this place for all tire needs!!!

They mismatched the type of tires I was expecting to get on my wheels (ZR). When I checked later, it turned out that one of them were just regular radial. On top of that one of the tires they put on had chewed up tread that is in a state of disintegration. Granted I opted for used, but that shouldn't excuse them for pushing out bad tires that are not roadworthy either and gaslight customers. I did not get a receipt for my purchase whatsoever. When I went to follow up about it on the phone either they didn't pick up, were rude asking what it was I wanted and told me to come in person. When I did nobody came to help, there was a lady in the office was on her phone on a domestic call and doom scrolling, treating me like an inconvenience who lacked the attentiveness of what customer service should really be about. Rather than being compassionate or try to remedy the simple request, she pretty much did the exact opposite, deflecting and shifting blame towards myself. At times she completely contradicted herself and had the audacity to question my comprehension. They are also very short staffed and unprepared for the amount of traffic they get coming in so you can expect a 15 min tire

Bryant did an outstanding job with a last minute tire plug patch. I’m impressed by the options he gave me and I ended up going with his professional recommendation. I would definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone needing professional services.

Okay so a few years ago I was tweaked out and broke a window. Not good. Im sorry. The owner sent in a claim to the sd courts for $1850 worth of damage over a really cheap small thin single pane window replacement. 2 years go by I get stuck with a bill of 2829.08 sent to collections that I'm currently paying off. Until I see proof of repairs from this owner I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know to avoid this specific tire shop that made a fraudulent claim. God only knows what they may tell there own customers for an extra dollar. GABY'S TIRE SHOP 2 BLOCKS AWAY IS THE PLACE TO GO. Don't get scammed like I did by this owner.
